Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as data generated through your use of our platform:
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details when you register.
- Google Account Information: If you sign in with Google, we collect the basic profile information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier, for authentication and account management.
- Google Email Sending Data: If you authorize CarrierPulse.ai to send emails through your Google account, we process the email data needed to send messages you create or request, such as sender address, recipient addresses, subject, message body, and attachments when applicable. We do not use Gmail access to read, search, or monitor your inbox unless you separately authorize a feature that requires it.
- Fleet & Operations Data: Vehicle information, driver records, load data, dispatch logs, route history, and telematics data you input or connect to our platform.
- Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and other diagnostic data to improve our services.
- Integration Data: Data synced from third-party systems such as TMS platforms, ELD devices, and telematics providers you connect to CarrierPulse.ai.
- Communications: Emails, support tickets, and feedback you send to us.
Google User Data
CarrierPulse.ai uses Google OAuth to let users sign in with Google and, if authorized by the user, to send emails through the user's Google account.
When you sign in with Google, CarrierPulse.ai may access and store basic Google profile data, including your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or manage your CarrierPulse.ai account, secure your session, and provide account-related support.
When you authorize email sending through Google, CarrierPulse.ai may process Gmail-related data needed to send messages you create or request from within CarrierPulse.ai, including sender address, recipient addresses, subject, message body, and attachments when applicable. We use this data only to send the requested email, show sending status, maintain operational records, troubleshoot delivery issues, and provide related user-facing communication features.
CarrierPulse.ai does not use Gmail access to read, search, scan, monitor, or analyze your inbox. CarrierPulse.ai does not collect unrelated Gmail data.
CarrierPulse.ai does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, credit-worthiness decisions, lending purposes, data brokerage, information resale, or creating unrelated user databases. We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
CarrierPulse.ai may share or disclose Google user data only in limited circumstances:
- with service providers that help us operate CarrierPulse.ai, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, email delivery support, security, logging, and customer support providers, under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- with third-party systems or recipients when you intentionally use CarrierPulse.ai to send an email or trigger an authorized workflow;
- when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;

We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us permission, it is necessary to provide support you requested, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated or anonymized for internal operations.
We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the requested CarrierPulse.ai features, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or associated Google user data by contacting us using the details below. You may also revoke CarrierPulse.ai's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.
CarrierPulse.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
CarrierPulse.ai Scout Chrome Extension
CarrierPulse.ai Scout is a Chrome browser extension designed to help authorized CarrierPulse.ai users work more efficiently with supported load-board and broker-platform pages.
When you use the extension on supported websites, the extension may access, process, and transmit information visible on the page or provided through user actions, including:
- Load Details: Load identifiers, pickup and delivery locations, dates, rates, equipment type, route information, and other load-related details visible on supported pages.
- Broker & Contact Information: Broker names, company names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details visible on supported pages.
- Page & Website Information: The website domain, page URL, and page content needed to determine whether the extension should activate and provide its features.
- User Actions: Actions you take through the extension, such as sending a request, calling a broker, viewing a route, referring a load to a colleague, or checking nearby trucks.
- Fleet Matching Data: Information needed to suggest nearby trucks, calculate route context, or match available fleet resources to selected loads.
- Authentication & Account Data: Tokens or account identifiers required to securely connect the extension to your authorized CarrierPulse.ai account.
The extension uses this information only to provide CarrierPulse.ai Scout features, including load analysis, broker communication actions, nearby truck suggestions, route visibility, workflow automation requested by the user, and related CarrierPulse.ai services.
The extension does not collect unrelated browsing history, does not monitor websites where it is not designed to operate, and does not sell browsing data, load-board data, broker data, fleet data, or personal data.
Data transmitted between the extension and CarrierPulse.ai servers is sent over secure encrypted connections.
Chrome Extension Limited Use Disclosure
CarrierPulse.ai Scout's use of information received from Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
CarrierPulse.ai Scout only uses data accessed through extension permissions to provide or improve the extension's user-facing features. We do not use or transfer this data for personalized advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, or unrelated monetization. We do not sell this data.
We do not allow humans to read user data accessed through the extension except where necessary for security, legal compliance, internal operations using aggregated or anonymized data, or support when requested or authorized by the user.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve CarrierPulse.ai, including:
- Delivering AI-powered insights, dispatch optimization, and fleet analytics features.

Google user data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the Google-connected features you authorize. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the data unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
